RED FLAG WARNING IN EFFECT UNTIL 9 PM CDT THIS EVENING FOR STRONG WINDS AND LOW HUMIDITIES FOR MOST OF SOUTHEAST TEXAS... * WINDS...West 15 to 25 mph with gusts up to 40 mph. * RELATIVE HUMIDITY...As low as 16 percent. * TEMPERATURES...Up to 82. * IMPACTS...Any fires that start could rapidly increase in size and intensity, and move quickly. Outdoor burning is not recommended. PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS... A Red Flag Warning means that critical fire weather conditions are either occurring now...or will shortly. A combination of strong winds...low relative humidity...and warm temperatures will create explosive fire growth potential. Exercise extra caution with respect to all outdoor activities that could inadvertently cause wildfires. Report wildfires quickly to local officials such as fire department or law enforcement office. &&
